Within Canada:
Shipping to most of Canada is $10.00

Due to the high cost of shipping to remote areas and Canada Posts new oversize package rule,  we reserve the right to charge extra shipping costs for orders shipped to remote areas. We will contact you with the shipping costs before proceeding with your order.

 

Clearance snowshoes are final sale, no returns. Any snowshoe that has a SKU # ending with (CL) is final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Within USA:
Shipping to select mainland states is $35.00

Due to the high cost of shipping to the USA we reserve the right to charge extra shipping costs for larger snowshoes. We will contact you with the shipping costs before proceeding with your order.
Shipping to Alaska please call or e-mail us for shipping quote. Your order will not be processed until you accept the extra shipping costs.

Due to Proposition 65 we do not ship to California.

To Europe:

Due to the high cost of shipping you must contact us for a shipping quote, we only ship to Europe using DHL or UPS. The average cost is usually $200 CAD or higher.

Returns
All Warranty Claims and Returns Require a Return Authorization Number
Contact Us Before Returning Any Items

The customer must return (at their expense and after receiving a Return Authorization #) the defective part or snowshoe to the manufacturer or Snowshoes Canada who will send the replacement part or the replacing snowshoe to the customer. Any costs of repairing the snowshoes or poles that is not covered under warranty are the customers' responsibility. The manufacturer or the customer pays the cost of the return shipping to the buyer.
The warranty does not cover loss of nuts, bolts, washers, screws on the snowshoes or "baskets" on the poles.
We (Snowshoes Canada.com) reserves the right to use its discretion in approving any warranty claim.

All snowshoes, bindings and accessories being returned must contain all the original materials and tags that were shipped. The snowshoes, bindings and accessories must not be used and still have all the original tags and packaging. It may only be returned if upon delivery, the product is found defective.
Snowshoes Canada must be notified at rhdistibuting@xplornet.com within 10 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund. If the problem was our fault all charges, including shipping, will be covered by us otherwise there will be a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Exchanges may be made at the customers request if all shipping and restocking fees are paid by them. However if we send you the wrong product, we will exchange it at no cost to you.
